Welcome

You're one of the first.

Thank you for being part of the initial batch. This page has everything you need to get started — and I'm here if you have any questions at all.

1

Position

Place Still Point gently on the outer sides of your nose — below the bridge, resting on the soft tissue of the sidewalls. It sits on the outside. Never in the nostrils.

2

Settle

Take a few natural breaths. Let Still Point find its place. If the fit feels slightly off, adjust the position along the sidewalls — most people find the right spot within the first few tries.

3

Breathe

Let your attention follow the breath. Still Point amplifies the felt signal — the movement of air becomes easier to notice. You don't need to do anything else. Just be there.

4

Give it a week

The first session can feel a little unfamiliar. After a few uses it becomes natural — not a device you're wearing, but a quiet support for the breath you're already taking.

A few short sessions to help you get the most out of Still Point from day one.

Still Point is a small first batch. If it's been meaningful for you, sharing it with one person means more than any ad ever could.
